Where We Ship
Right now we only ship within the United States.
Processing Time
We start packing orders once they come in. Any order placed before 2 PM Central Time on a business day gets processed right away. Orders after 2 PM, or on weekends, go into the next business day’s queue. Most packages are still out the door within 1–2 business days total.
Delivery Time
After it leaves our place, delivery within the US usually takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is free on everything—no minimum, no surprise charges.
Carrier
We don’t stick to one carrier. We pick the best option among USPS, UPS, or FedEx based on your address and order size. Your tracking email will tell you which one’s handling the delivery.
Tracking
We send a tracking link to your email as soon as the label is created. If it doesn’t show up, check your spam folder, then reach out.
Late Packages
Our delivery estimates are based on carrier info. Most packages arrive on time, but if yours seems stuck, email info@knockknocckstuff.it.com and we’ll help sort it out.
