What Qualifies for a Return
Items need to be unused and still in the original packaging. Fill-in books must be completely blank—no writing, no marks. If an item arrived with a quality issue or was damaged in transit, that counts too. Just let us know.
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@knockknocckstuff.it.com with your order number. For quality issues or damage, please attach a clear photo. We’ll verify it within 1–2 business days and send you a prepaid return label. There are no restocking fees, and the return shipping is on us.

Refund Timing
Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process your refund in 1–2 business days. The money goes back to your original payment method. After that, your bank or card provider typically takes 7–10 business days to post it to your account. If you’ve waited longer than that, please get in touch.
Exchanging an Item
The fastest way to swap for a different design or color is to place a new order for what you want and return the original for a refund. That way your new item ships immediately, and you’re not waiting on the return to be processed first.
