We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. All transactions are in U.S. dollars.
When you place an order, your card or PayPal account is authorized for the amount shown at checkout. The actual charge goes through when your order ships. If the authorization fails or there’s a problem with the payment method, we’ll send a note to the email on the order and give you a chance to update it before we cancel anything.
We don’t add extra fees beyond what you see at checkout. Your full card number is not stored on our servers—payment details are handled directly by our processor or PayPal. If you need a receipt or want to switch payment methods after placing an order, email us at info@knockknocckstuff.it.com. We’ll help when we can, though changes aren’t always possible once an order has started processing.
